In-house maintenance and repair

We have recently introduced an RMA system for all products being returned to Analox for service or repair. Read the introductory letter for more information.

If you wish to return one of our products for service or repair, you will need to contact the service team on +44 (0)1642 715917 or email service@analox.biz, you will then be issued with an RMA number. Download the RMA form, this should be completed and returned with the products to ensure your items are processed through the system as quickly as possible.

 

Annual maintenance agreements

Available for all Analox analysers. You can arrange to return your analyser to Analox headquarters for servicing.

If you sign up to an annual agreement you will receive a 5% discount off any spares required during servicing. This is our way of thanking you for your continued commitment.

 

Technical support helpdesk*

Our highly trained onsite engineers will be able to assist with your telephone queries. From sensors being changed to calibration procedures call the dedicated helpdesk on +44(0)1642 715917 and ask to speak to an engineer.

 

* Service offered during normal company hours Mon to Thurs 9am to 5pm, Fri 9am to 3pm
