Case study - Simpsons Malt review of the Aspida

Simpsons Malt, the largest independent family-owned maltster in the UK, is an established client of Analox Sensor Technology, having purchased the Analox Buddy for use in its malting plants. In April 2010, Simpsons Malt tested the new Aspida, a personal dual-gas analyser.
Mark Mitchell, Maltings Manager at Simpsons Malt, said of the Aspida: “The new monitor has proved popular during its trial. The main benefit is that in one single and compact monitor we had the necessary equipment to analyze both carbon dioxide and oxygen levels. The unit was easy to understand and use, and everyone who’s been involved in testing the Aspida would happily recommend it.”
