Analox design and manufacture breathing air products at a modern factory in Stokesley. Due to continuing expansion, we have vacancies for the following personnel:

Sales Executive – Hospitality Market Reports to: Sales Office and Marketing Manager
Office based role, operating from Analox’s office in Stokesley

Job Purpose:
Analox are looking for a dedicated person to promote sales of the Analox hospitality range worldwide. They must maintain relations with existing distributors whilst investigating new market opportunities ensuring annual growth & profitability in accordance with Analox’s business Strategy. The Beverage Market is anticipated to bring in annual sales of £1.2-£2 over the next 3yrs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • To maintain and develop Analox’s distributor base for its range of beverage products in accordance with the companies objectives.
  • To achieve maximum profitability against sales targets.
  • To be the main point of contact for any customer queries with the hospitality product range, to follow up on the queries and ensure they are closed out by the relevant department in a timely manner.
  • To liaise with distributors and assist with the preparing of forecasts to enable effective forward planning.
  • Input into the sales & marketing strategy for the beverage range of products.
  • Input into the sales & marketing strategy to agreed budgets and timescales, in order to have a positive contribution to sales turnover, and profit margin.
  • Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/ prospect contact towards achieving sales and marketing strategy and overall business aims, including costs and sales. In particular managing personal time and productivity.
  • Participation at relevant trade shows, conferences & meetings (UK & international travel will be necessary.)
  • Assist in investigating new opportunities for Analox products in new territories and/or new markets.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through proactive marketing, appropriate propositions, ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Rapid response to, and follow up of sales enquiries using appropriate methods in accordance with the strategy and budget.
  • Input into customer discount policies on an annual basis and propose amendments in line with the company’s objectives for profitability.
  • Monitor and report on market, key customer/ distributor and competitor activities, provide relevant reports and information.
  • To support other company departments as and when required to enable the company to achieve its objectives.
  • Personal training and development to complement Analox’s objectives.
  • Adhere to health and safety policy, internal quality systems and other requirements relating to care of equipment.

Sales Administrator:

Analox are looking for a dedicated sales administrator to join their team. The successful candidate must have excellent organisation skills, be able to multi task and have a pleasant telephone manner.
The job will involve transferring customer orders onto SAGE so a keen eye for detail is an absolute must.

Other duties will include generation of quotes and proformas for the sales team, answering and transferring calls as well as general office work.

Responsibilities:

  • Contract review of all sales orders in accordance with Analox Quality procedures
  • Input of all sales orders into SAGE Line 500
  • Creation of quotes and proformas on SAGE Line 500
  • Assistance in the creation of a CRM system and follow up maintenance
  • Running Crystal Reports
  • Update sales minutes
  • Telephone call handling
  • General filing and admin duties for the Sales and Marketing team

Computer literacy:

Sage Enterprise Management System is used to input Sales Orders and generate Quotations and Proformas. Knowledge of this system is a must.
Use of the following computer packages would be necessary:

  • Access database
  • PowerPoint
  • Excel
